Analyzing the work experience with insurance companies we should notice that process of debts collection consists of several stages:
- Telephone negotiations with debtor
At this stage we precise and concretize the circumstances of any debt appearance or other circumstances, find out the position of debtor, develop the plan for further actions. In case of absence of contacts with debtor (that happens very often by regresses of KASKO) or incorrect data we make search or actualize data with the help of wide informational arrays.
- Direct communication with debtor
Presence of our specialists in 14 regions of Ukraine gives an opportunity to make direct visits to the debtors to their place of residence or work. During the meetings it is negotiated the debts sink scheme, possibility of credits for repayment of debts. - Court proceedings
